Who runs this, what it is, and how to reach a human.
Laws Of Robots is the public home of Robot Expert System — an embodied trust layer for autonomous systems: a programmable conscience that runs inside the agent, holds a safety floor no one may lower, and writes every decision to a tamper-evident record that can be checked after the fact. This site publishes the Laws, the papers, and the project's honest status — and nothing it cannot stand behind.
It is built and operated by one person. What is true today and what is only planned are kept separated, in plain words, on the Status page.
Small on purpose. On the record by design.

Who runs this, what the complete System includes, and how to reach a human.
Laws Of Robots is the public home of a deliberately separated autonomy system for robots. RES governs what a robot may and must do. Cognition & Coordination maintains evidence-based belief, exposes uncertainty, and prepares authorized work. Robot Integration connects that work to sensing and physical action. Scenario Lab and planned extensions make those boundaries visible without quietly moving authority between components.

GRRC remains outside the product chain. Its registry lets readers check the RES certificate and the claims it actually covers; Laws Of Robots does not present that certificate as certification of the complete System or of general robot safety. Check the public registry.
